Data safety
Your numbers stay where they belong. With you.
TallyGraphs 3.0 is installed on your premises, not offered as a cloud service. We built it this way because your ledger is the most sensitive record your business has.
Follow your data.
In the office
On the move
Not part of the picture. Your financial data doesn’t feed our cloud, or anyone’s AI.
What lives where.
| What | Where it lives | Who controls it |
|---|---|---|
| Your Tally data | On your computer or server, where Tally already runs | You |
| Dashboards, reports and alerts | Generated on your TallyGraphs machine and opened in your browser | You and the users you add |
| Remote copy for travel (optional) | Your company’s or CEO’s own Google Drive, synced only when you run it | You, through your own Drive sharing settings |
| Licence key | Encrypted and activated on your premises | You |
| TallyGraphs servers | None of your business data | Nobody, because it isn’t there |
In the age of AI, your ledger is not training data.
More and more software sends business data to cloud platforms and AI services. TallyGraphs 3.0 goes the other way: it does its work on your machine, and the only place your data ever travels is a Google Drive you own, when you choose to sync.
You decide who sees your numbers. Not a vendor, and not an algorithm.
For your IT team or CA.
The details they’ll want before saying yes.
