With TallyGraphs, the philosophy around data ownership is simple: you own your data, no one else. Your TallyGraphs data is 100% yours to own, with no external parties looking in.

How do we approach Data Security?

TallyGraphs Cloud – With TallyGraphs Cloud, we acknowledge in our Terms that you own all rights, and interest in your data. We obtain no rights from you to your data. This means we can’t on-sell it to third parties; we can’t claim ownership of it, and you can export your data at any time.

Desktop Application – Once downloaded, you can connect your Tally with TallyGraphs and sync the data to the cloud with automatic or manual setup.

Access Controls

Role-based access control (RBAC) helps you manage your users, and what dashboards & reports they have access. TallyGraphs RBAC is an authorization system that provides fine-grained access management.

Encryption

The data is encrypted inline with the best industry practises (AES 256 bit encryption for data at Rest and HTTPS with TLS 1.2 encryption for data in transit) to ensure that no one has access to it.

Virtual Private Cloud

We use Amazon AWS to host our Cloud TallyGraphs customers that are further segmented for increased security and manageability.

Malware & Spam Protection

Malware and Spam protection applied based on latest threat signatures and supports real-time scanning and security.
