Data ownership
You keep all rights to your data. TallyGraphs (DataPlanet Private Limited) gets no rights to it, does not sell it to anyone, and does not claim ownership of it.
Where your data lives
TallyGraphs 3.0 is installed on your own computer or server. It reads your Tally data and processes it there. Your Tally data is not sent to TallyGraphs servers. See how your data flows.
Access control
Role-based access control lets administrators decide which dashboards and reports each user can see, down to specific ledgers or departments.
Licensing
Licences are managed with encrypted licence keys activated on your premises. Licensing does not access your transaction data.
Google Drive sync
If you choose to sync for remote access, your data goes only to a Google Drive account that you or your company own, under your Drive sharing settings.
Private cloud set-ups
If you run TallyGraphs 3.0 with Odoo on a private cloud you choose, such as AWS, Azure, GCP or GoDaddy, the data lives in your own account with that provider, under its security controls and yours.
