Pricing and Packaging

1. Monthly Plans

When you sign up for a Monthly Plan, you agree to recurring billing. Billing occurs on the same day each month, based on the date that you started the Monthly Plan. Billing for Monthly Plans may be paused, and you may choose to close your account permanently at any time.

Our charges for Monthly Plans are posted in our Website and may be changed from time to time. If any part of a month is included in the Term, then payment is due for the full month. Payments are due for any month on the same or closest date to the day you made your first monthly payment (the “Pay Date”).

2. Recurring Charges

As long as you’re a member with a paid account, you’ll provide us with valid payment information and authorize us to deduct the monthly charges against that payment method. You have two options in recurring,

  • Fixed Recurring Charges
  • Volume Based Recurring Charges

Fair Billing Policy
We believe you should only have to pay for user that are using Tallygraphs, so we offer a Fair Billing Policy.

Upgrade to a paid plan
The Free plan is available for 1 company or 1 user, but when you’re ready for more, upgrading is easy.
It’s not possible to upgrade an individual user’s account because the whole workspace needs to be on the same plan.

Change your plan. If you need to switch your plan or billing frequency, you can upgrade or downgrade to the different plan, so that you know exactly what to expect.

Downgrades. Your Paid Account will remain in effect until it’s cancelled or terminated under these Terms. If you don’t pay for your Paid Account on time, we reserve the right to suspend it or reduce your account to free plan.


No, we do not offer refunds. If there are extenuating circumstances, please open a ticket with our support team. Keep in mind that because we offer monthly billing, you can always pay for what you’ve used.
